Terms of services.
Failure to identify your packages correctly can cause delays and sometimes the loss of your merchandise.
We do not charge volume weight up to 70 pounds.
You must register only once to avoid problems assigning guides to your packages.
Once your packages are confirmed in the warehouses of your country, you have a period of 30 days to withdraw them, otherwise, they will be declared abandoned and they will leave our warehouses.
Pre-alerting your purchase guarantees efficient management and prevents your merchandise from being delayed or lost.
We are not liable for damage to merchandise due to poor packaging from the supplier. We do not consolidate packages and in case of repacking, there is an additional cost.
Buying through our website guarantees the protection of your personal and financial data.
Correct registration of your email is important since through it you will receive important information about our company and your shipments.
When your guide is confirmed in the main warehouse, you must log into your account and select the delivery service you want (delivery or pick-up), otherwise, the package will remain in stock and after 30 days it will go out of inventory.
You must track your packages through your Track solution shipping account so that you can be informed of the progress of your guide.
When you receive your package you must open it and verify that everything is fine in front of the company staff and if there is any incident, report it immediately.
We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of packages that were not checked at the time of delivery or withdrawal.
If you send a third party to pick up your packages, they must
carry an original, duly signed authorization that describes the guide numbers to pick up and attach a photocopy of the identity document of the holder and the authorized person.
Track solution shipping is responsible for your purchases once they are received in the main warehouse in the USA, not before.
Track solution shipping will not transfer purchases whose consignee on the supplier's label does not coincide with the owner of the account in Haiti.
About the Status of your shipments (Guide)
Once the data has been completed Your merchandise has already been received and processed in Track Solution Shipping USA. It is now awaiting the assignment of a suitcase to be transferred to the country of destination.
Transfer to the destination country
Your merchandise is in flight to the destination country.
Received in Customs
Your package arrived at the destination country and is in the customs process.
Received in Haiti Warehouse
Your package is in the process of being received at the main warehouse.
Your package is ready to be dispatched. You must log in to your Track Solution Shipping account and select the type of service you want: find it at our offices or have it delivered to your home.
